What is a Semi-Automatic gun that is a pistol base but has add on parts to make a rifle?

Single Shot, Semi-Automatic, or Full Automatic (not Legal) pistol base that you can buy upgrade parts for to transform into a rifle look. In other words a real gun that can be upgraded like a paintball gun.

If I understand your question right, you want a pistol that can have features such as a buttstock and longer barrel added to make it sort of a quasi-rifle instead of the other way around ( having a rifle based platform like a AR-15 or the "Krink" AK-47 made into a pistol )
