What is this blue plastic thing in my pork roast?
Should I remove it before cooking?
IT KIND OF LOOKS LIKE ONE OF THOSE POP UP THEROMETERS EXCEPT ITI S BLUE AND I HAVE COOKED ALOT OF PORK ROASTS AND NEVER SEEN ONE BEFORE. I THREW THE PACKAGE AWAY YESTERDAY AND MARINATED IT OVER NIGHT.
